White Foxx delivers across India through our trusted courier partners. Below is everything you need to know about how your order is processed, shipped, and delivered.

Delivery Coverage

We ship pan-India to all major cities, towns, districts, and remote areas including the Northeast states. International shipping and delivery to PO boxes or military addresses are not currently available.

Delivery Timeframes

Allow 1-2 business days for processing after payment confirmation, then:

  • Metro and major cities: 3-5 business days
  • Tier 2 cities and districts: 5-6 business days
  • Remote areas and Northeast states: 7-9 business days

Delivery times are estimates from dispatch date and may vary due to public holidays, courier delays, or peak season volumes.

Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders confirmed before 11:00 AM are typically dispatched the same business day.
  • Orders after 11:00 AM or on Sundays and public holidays are dispatched the next business day.
  • All orders are prepaid via Razorpay. Bottles are packed with protective bubble wrap and foam inserts.
  • A tracking number is sent by email or SMS once dispatched.
  • Once dispatched, delivery address and contact number cannot be changed.

OTP Verification at Delivery

Our courier uses OTP-based delivery. When your order arrives, an OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number.

Inspect the package carefully before providing the OTP. Once submitted, delivery is considered accepted and no damage claims can be raised.

If the package looks damaged or tampered with, reject the delivery or accept it only after marking a Negative POD (Proof of Delivery) with the courier and photographing it clearly.

Delayed or Undelivered Orders

If your order has not arrived within 9 business days of dispatch, contact us at support@whitefoxx.in. If you no longer wish to wait, reject the delivery a full refund is processed once the shipment is marked RTO (Returned to Origin). If no RTO update is received within 14 business days of dispatch, contact us for an immediate refund.

Out of Stock & Peak Season

If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, you will be notified within one business day and offered a full refund or the option to wait for restock. During festivals and major sale periods, please allow an additional 1-3 business days beyond standard timeframes.
